What an enquiry stores, and who can see it.
Version privacy-2026-10-05. AccountantConnector collects a name, a work email, an optional phone number, and the business details you enter when you ask to be introduced to an accountant.
We use that information to see whether an approved firm in the same market can take the work. Your contact details are shown to a firm only after that firm accepts the introduction, and only if you agreed to that sharing separately from any optional notes.
A cost estimate does not need your contact details. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not publish it. Test records are excluded from marketplace statistics.
